Call for Nominations for the 2025 IACRN Board of Directors

The IACRN Board of Directors are members elected by their peers to lead the Association to fulfill its mission and vision guided by the strategic plan, bylaws, and policies. As such the board members are expected to act with respect and moral integrity, integrating  principles and philosophy of professional nursing with clinical research nursing (CRN), and thus supporting the advancement of CRN as a specialty practice and all associated activities of the clinical research nurse role.

The IACRN is excited to announce four open board positions on the 2024 election ballot for the term beginning January 1, 2025: President-Elect, Secretary, Member-at-Large, and Global Member-at-Large- Elect. We encourage you to  apply for one of these positions. Use your experience and CRN perspective to increase visibility of the IACRN, advance Clinical Research Nurse specialty practice, and amplify the voice of CRNs across the globe.

Each position has a fixed term of office with specific eligibility requirements and position responsibilities.

The Nominations Committee uses a standardized, objective, and unbiased process to review  applications. A list of qualified applicants is sent to the Board who reviews the list and creates a slate of candidates. A ballot is created, and the officers are then elected by the IACRN membership via the IACRN website in a fair and transparent process using the Survey Monkey platform.
